Privacy Policy

We built SVNTO for brands who need to move fast without giving up control — and that includes control over their own information. The designs you share with us are often unreleased, and we treat them with the same care we'd want for our own work. This page explains, in plain terms, exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

By using svnto.co or sharing your materials with us, you agree to what's described here.

Confidentiality Comes First

Because it's the thing our clients care about most, we'll say it up front:

What's yours stays yours. Your sketches, products, moodboards, and brand materials are used only to produce your work. When we build a private production system trained on your brand, that system is exclusive to you — never shared with another client, never folded into a public or shared model, never sold or published. One brand's materials never touch another's.

Everything below is how we make that promise hold.

Information We Collect

What you give us directly

  • Contact details — your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and brand or company name.
  • Project materials — briefs, product images, sketches, moodboards, brand guidelines, and any files you upload for a sample or project.
  • Communications — anything you send us by email, form, or WhatsApp.

What we collect automatically

When you visit the site, we may collect limited technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed — through cookies and basic analytics. That's it. We don't build advertising profiles or track you across the web.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and produce the free sample you ask for.
  • Deliver, manage, and refine the production work we do for you.
  • Build and run the custom production systems our clients engage us for.
  • Keep you updated on your project, quotes, and timelines.
  • Understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
  • Meet our legal and operational obligations.

We never sell your personal information, and we don't run ads or retargeting of any kind.

Your Brand Materials, In Detail

This is the part that matters most for a fashion brand, so here's the full picture.

Any files you share are used only to produce your requested work. Where our engagement involves training a private model on your brand's materials, that trained model belongs to your engagement alone. Specifically:

  • We do not use one client's materials or models to serve another client.
  • We do not use your materials to train any shared, general, or public model.
  • We do not sell, license, or publish your materials without your explicit permission.
  • When an engagement ends, you can ask us to delete your materials and any model trained on them — and we will.

You're never locked in, and nothing of yours lingers where it shouldn't.

How We Share Information

We share your information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — including secure file storage such as Dropbox and Google Drive, plus hosting and analytics. These providers are bound to handle your data confidentially and only on our instructions.
  • Legal authorities, where the law requires it.

That's the complete list. No advertisers, no data brokers, no exceptions we haven't named.

Data Storage and Security

Your materials are stored using trusted services like Dropbox and Google Drive, and we take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

No system on the internet is ever perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. But if a data breach ever occurs that affects your information, we'll act quickly to contain it and notify you and any relevant authorities without unnecessary delay.

We keep your information only as long as we need it — to deliver your work, maintain your production systems, and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep it running smoothly and to understand how it's used. You can control or disable them in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.

Your Rights

Wherever you're based, you should have control over your information. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that's inaccurate.
  • Request that we delete your information or brand materials.
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.

Just email us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time. No hoops, no delays.

International Clients

We work with brands around the world, so your information may be stored or processed in a country other than your own. Wherever it's handled, the same standards of confidentiality and care in this policy apply.

Children's Privacy

Some of our work involves kidswear and childrenswear campaigns, produced on behalf of the brands we work with. Our website itself is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we'll remove it.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to external pages, such as our clients' Instagram or brand sites. We're not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so it's worth reviewing their policies too.

Changes to This Policy

As our studio grows, this policy may evolve with it. The current version will always live on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date at the top.

Talk to Us

Privacy shouldn't be a black box. If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly how we'd handle your brand's materials, reach out — we're happy to walk you through it before you share a single file.
